The Minnesota-Alpha Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity was founded at the University of Minnesota on April 15, 1916. Located on 400 10th Ave SE, the SigEp house was built as a result of a donation from one of our proudest alumni: Curtis L. Carlson. SigEp has flourished ever since. Specifically, in our time on campus, Minnesota Alpha has grown to be the largest male fraternity on campus. SigEp MN-Alpha's notable manpower is a result of chapter success through academic excellence, professional development, brotherhood activities, philanthropy involvement, social events, and no-hazing policies. Our Fraternity has pioneered the substance-free policy across the country which allows our members to embrace being balanced men.
